Speed Vault - parkour guide

Clear an obstacle at lightning speed with this technique!

Speed vault is an exercise that is performed if you’re moving at high speed and you have to clear an obstacle and maintain the same speed. The exercise is easy to perform, but is mainly used to clear lower obstacles of around hip height. Depending on which side you make it to, you put one hand on the obstacle and kick the outer/opposite leg up and then set off with the other leg. This puts all your weight on the arm that you have placed on the obstacle, and which is used to set of from. Use it to straighten up again and then keep running.
