Precision Jump - parkour guide

This exercise is one of the most important ones to learn in parkour! You can’t practice it too much.

A precision jump - also abbreviated to 'pre' - is the term for the way you land. When jumping from one place to another, it is important to have a good landing to protect the body from impact. This is done by landing in balance on your forefoot (the padded part of your foot) with your legs together.
Several precisions in a row are called a plyo, an abbreviation for plyometric jumps.
