Dash Vault - parkour guide

This exercise teaches you how to clear an obstacle quickly and with your legs first.

The Dash Vault is an effective exercise and is performed by running towards the obstacle at a high speed, kicking one leg up over the obstacle and setting off with the other leg so that both legs gather in the air. Once the whole body is over the obstacle, both hands are placed on the obstacle so that you touch the obstacle with your hands instead of your buttocks.
