Buglo Group appoints Dines Sirvent-Graakjær as CEO of Elverdal

Two years after Elverdal became part of the Buglo Group, the foundation has been established for the next phase of Elverdal’s development within Buglo Group.

After many years at the helm of the company he founded, Jens Bo Thorsager is handing over the CEO responsibility to Dines Sirvent-Graakjær, who took over as CEO of Elverdal on 1 August 2026.

Dines brings extensive experience from senior commercial and leadership positions in both Danish and international companies, including Lyreco Group, Rosendahl Design Group, Conaxess Trade and Carlsberg Group.

Dines Sirvent-Graakjær, CEO of Elverdal:

I am both humbled and very proud to take on the responsibility as CEO of Elverdal, following its founder Jens Bo Thorsager.

Elverdal has built a strong foundation and a unique DNA around its people, design, quality and site-specific solutions. The ambition is to build on that foundation while at the same time combining Elverdal’s capabilities with Buglo’s strong product, manufacturing and international capabilities.

Reflecting on his time at Elverdal, Jens Bo Thorsager says:

Jens Bo Thorsager will continue to support the organisation as an external advisor and will remain involved in both the Elverdal and parent company Buglo Boards.
