Water play - robinia water play system M
Conduct small experiments with the movement of water in this large water play system. Here, children can explore the fascinating world of natural forces and control how water flows through the system – even moving objects along the way.
The water flow begins at the first basin, elevated on four robinia posts. Next to the basin is a lower platform made of robinia wood, where children can climb up and use a manual water pump to channel water into the system. From the first basin, children can choose between two directions for the water’s journey through the system.
If they open the first direction, the water flows through a channel and down to a water wheel, where children can observe how the force of water spins the wheel before it exits the system. If they choose the second direction, the water flows through another channel and can be further directed to a final channel using an open-and-close mechanism. Here, children can experiment with floating a ping-pong ball and observing how water moves it along the channel. The water finally reaches the lowest basin, where its journey ends with a small waterfall.
The water play system is made of stainless steel and robinia wood. The entire system is constructed in levels, ensuring a continuous water flow from the highest starting point to the ground. The system measures 444 cm in length, 359 cm in width, and has a maximum height of 155 cm.
