Sandpit - hexagon

Architect-designed sandpit in the shape of a hexagon.

The sandpit is built in a simple design of oak sleepers, providing a robust quality that fits into any outdoor environment.
Children in nurseries, kindergartens, schools or park facilities will be able to play together and strengthen their senses - especially the tactile sense. After a downpour the sand becomes dense and heavy and is difficult to get through the strainer, whereas when it’s hot in summer, it seeps right through.

The play equipment measures 2.6 metres in depth and 3 metres in width with a seating height of 26 centimetres.
