Sandbox – sand play table with holes blue

The Sandbox Table is the perfect tool for the sandbox in kindergartens and playground toddler areas. With its simple function and thoughtful design, the table creates the best conditions for children to play and experiment with sand, texture and movement.

The table measures 55 x 55 x 55 cm and is adapted to the height and reach of small children. It consists of an HPL tabletop that is mounted directly in the sandpit on a steel leg. The table top has three round holes that children can use to pass the sand through.

The sandbox table creates a framework for individual immersion and joint play. Children can scoop the sand onto the table, brush or push it across the tabletop and let it disappear through the holes back into the sandbox. This creates a fascinating game that invites repetition, allowing children to explore the movement of sand and develop their ability to understand cause and effect.

By encountering the texture, weight and movement of the sand, children also stimulate the tactile sense, which is the ability to feel, understand and process the world through touch.
