Swing - bird’s 2 seats nests Ø 1.2m and 1 saddle oak

This post swing has two bird’s nest swings and a saddle swing for even more excitement, play and socialising in the playground.
On the bird’s nest swing, the child can sit, stand or lie down - alone or with friends, thereby stimulating the feeling of being part of a community. The swing has a diameter of 1.2 metres and can accommodate two to three children. The swing ride can be high and wild or slow and calm with a gentle rocking back and worth while enjoying nature.
The saddle swing is designed for one user at a time.

The play equipment helps teach the child to wait their turn and find a common rhythm, but this type of play also strengthens their basic motor skills and vestibular sense as well as their sense of position.
The technique behind swinging back and forth requires coordination between the arm, leg, abdominal and back muscles, which strengthens the child's motor skills. Focus is removed from the physical effort, allowing it to shift to other things such as exploring the surrounding nature.

Designed for public outdoor spaces
The bird’s nest swing is architect-designed by our own architects with two seats on robinia wood posts. The diameter of the bird’s nest swing is 1 metre, and the swing set is designed for public play areas in e.g. day-care centres and schools.
