Obstacle course - Robinia Scandic three climbing courses
On the obstacle course’s three different obstacles, children can test their strength, balance and coordination as they make their way through the climbing net, rope ladder and vines.
The obstacle course is built around a central pole with three different routes, so children can start their climb from different sides. All routes meet in the centre, where children can cross paths, discover new routes and continue playing in a different direction. This allows several children to play at the same time and fosters a natural sense of community around the play.
The various climbing elements provide a variety of motor skills challenges. The spider’s web-shaped climbing net encourages climbing in multiple directions, whilst the twisted rope ladder and the vines with knobs challenge body control, balance and muscle strength.
The obstacle course consists of:
- A spider’s web-shaped climbing net
- A twisted rope ladder
- Five vines with knots
- Four Robinia posts
The Jungle Course is part of the Robinie Scandic range, which is made from robinia posts in a sleek design.
The structure measures 540 cm in length, 475 cm in width and 230 cm in height.
