The sit-up bench is in a light and stylish design, that will never go out of style. Our series of Urban Motion outdoor training equipment is designed for use in public spaces, for instance post-harbour areas, parks and residential areas.

You can use the outdoor equipment both as a bench and for exercising. It is 2.77 metres long and is suitable for exercise of legs, arms, abdomens etc. Or for relaxation, reading a book, taking a break and enjoying the sun.

The fitness equipment is perfect for calisthenics exercises, where you make use your own body weight to develop strength, for instance by doing push-ups.
