Dips exercise is a fitness and calisthenics exercise with focus on muscles in your chest, shoulders and triceps.

This stylish equipment has a simple and tight design and is suitable for public spaces for instance at waterfronts and in parks. The equipment for outdoor training consists of two parallel high bars on which you can do dips exercises, that build up the shoulder muscles


Dips exercise strengthens both shoulders and core, and is excellent injury preventing training.

Tip for doing dips!
Begin by grasping the handles or bars with your arms and keep them straight and bend your legs. Breathe in before you start bending your elbows and lowering your upper body down towards the bars.

The hard part is slowly push back with both arms until they are straight again, while you breathe out.
