The Multi-Tool 1 combines several pieces of training equipment in one functional training system: a pull-up bar, a climbing ladder, hand grip rings and a vertical bar. This combination allows you to train a wide range of bodyweight exercises that activate the entire upper body and core, while improving balance, coordination and agility. The bodyweight training also makes it possible to customise the exercises to individual levels and needs.
The multi-gym is made of steel with stainless steel grip rings, chains and individual bars. The poles are neatly finished with EPDM rubber stoppers to protect against sharp edges. The combination of materials gives the system a modern aesthetic and makes it durable as an outdoor training facility.
The multi-purpose system can stand alone or be integrated into larger public training areas. Here, the training system motivates and acts as a focal point in the neighbourhood park or active urban space.
Suggested exercises:
- Pull-ups and variations: Use the horizontal bar for classic pull-ups, chin-ups and explosive exercises. This exercise strengthens the large muscle groups of the upper body and can be scaled with different grips and grip widths.
- Training with hand grip rings: Perform advanced exercises like muscle-ups. These exercises challenge the core, back and arms, as well as train balance and improve body control.
- Climbing and full-body training on the inclined ladder: The inclined climbing ladder invites dynamic movement. Users can climb up and down, hang by the arms or do reverse climbs.
- Stretching and mobility training: The vertical bar and side handles provide ideal support for stretching and balance exercises, such as dynamic hip, thigh and shoulder stretches or deep squats with support.
