The Multi Tool 2 is a training system designed for calisthenics exercises and consists of three parallel bars and four pull up bars of different heights. Here you can train together with a friend and motivate the other person to complete different training exercises.
On multi-gym 2 you can perform training exercises such as:
- Parallel bar dips - strengthens triceps, shoulders and chest through controlled movements.
- Australian Pull-ups - a lower variation of pull-ups that focuses on back and bicep strength.
- Parallel bar push-ups - increases the range of motion and intensity of the chest and shoulder workout.
- Pull-ups on high bars - a classic exercise to train the back, shoulders and biceps.
- L-sit on parallel bars - a static exercise that strengthens the core and hip flexors.
- Hanging leg lift - an intensive core exercise where the legs are lifted towards the chest.
