Fitness - Outdoor Inox rowing machine green

The outdoor rowing machine activates the upper body, legs and core in one fluid movement for the whole body. The exercise simulates rowing and particularly involves the back, biceps and shoulders, while the core muscles stabilise the movement.

The design is simple and made of stainless steel with footrests and seats in HPL. The footrests also have milled patterns to give the surface a non-slip effect. This ensures that the feet remain stable on the footrest when pushing off and the first rowing strokes start the workout.

The rowing machine works solely with body weight as resistance and the intensity automatically adapts to the user's own pace and power. This makes it an effective tool for functional strength and cardiovascular training in public fitness centres. It can help create inclusive training environments where experienced fitness enthusiasts and beginners alike can try their hand at outdoor training.

The rowing machine works so that the burger:

  • Taking a seat on the seat, placing their feet and gripping the curved handles
  • Extend the legs and simultaneously pull the handles in towards the upper body
  • Returns to the starting position in a controlled manner and repeats until the workout is complete
