Carousel - Disc large

This Disc is a large carousel for shared play in the playground. The carousel is shaped like a giant turntable with a diameter of 3 metres.

The large surface invites children to play together and creates good conditions for social interaction. For example, they can practise working together to make the carousel spin, share the experience and wait for their turn.

The carousel creates a play environment that challenges and develops children's senses and motor skills. When children spin around on the turntable, the vestibular sense is stimulated. This sense contributes to improving concentration and making children ready to read, for example.

At the same time, children learn to recognise the limits of their bodies. They may experience getting dizzy and learn how to calm down after the spin.

The carousel is constructed with a turntable made of stainless steel and EPDM rubber. The base on which the carousel spins is made of steel. The tough materials create a durable play equipment ideal for school playgrounds and public playgrounds.

The large Disc carousel has a diameter of 300 cm and a height of 97 cm. It is also available ina smaller version that still creates great play value.
