Banebyparken, Viborg

Banebyparken is designed as an experience trail that guides visitors through the park along three established routes: the Blue, the Orange and the Green Story. Each story offers a playful and inspiring experience that draws on the area’s history and nature while guiding visitors through the park. The trail also includes a sensory and rehabilitation garden.

The Blue Story

Here, visitors can follow Søren, the railway worker, and his crew back to the time when the railway was constructed.

The Orange Story

On Fidus’ imaginative planet, visitors encounter its secret places and unique universe.

The Green Story

Together with Viola, visitors travel along the Hærvejen route and through the surrounding nature.

The Sensory and Rehabilitation Garden

The garden serves as a peaceful oasis where planting and design elements support training, rehabilitation and sensory experiences.
