Swing set - bird's nest, two classic and two tyres A-frame larch and steel h 2.1m

Here is an architect-designed swing set with five swing seats in different designs for after-school care facilities, housing associations and similar outdoor spaces.
The play equipment has a bird's nest swing, two tyre swings and two classic swing seats, all of which hang from steel chains. Posts are 2.1 metres high and made from larch wood (we put larch posts on steel feet), and our swing set complies with EN 1176, and is thus approved for public use.

The wooden posts add a natural look, and the equipment is therefore suitable for e.g. a nature playground, where it will appear 'invisible' between trees and other shrubs.

Social and fun playground
The swing ride brings children together around play, and we usually recommend a swing on the playground.

This swing is designed for older children of school age. There are seats for children who choose to swing alone, but also bird's nest seats, which lend themselves to joint play. On the bird's nest swing, children can swing with close body contact, whereas the two classic swing seats accommodate one child at a time, which may inspire children to swing together synchronously.

Swing games therefore develop social skills, but also the physique and sense of position. The legs need to find the right rhythm - especially if the children are swinging synchronously. Children train their basic motor skills, become better at controlling their body, their self-esteem grows and they can switch their focus away from the physical side and onto other things.
