Swing - bird’s nest 3 seats Ø 1m and Ø 1.2m oak
Bird’s nest swings can have many functions, and it brings just as many play values into the playground. The child can swing on their own, but is equally great for multiple children to swing together as part of a fun game. You must all agree on how high you should swing, while it’s also nice to lie down together and look up at the birds in the sky.
That’s why we believe that every playground should have a bird’s nest swing.
The three swings hang form stainless steel chains on oak posts with a height of 2.1 metres. The seats have a diameter of resp. 1 metre and 1.2 metres.

When we build in oak, the play equipment gets a design that fits in well with nature playgrounds, e.g. in after-school facilities or parks. Here, the swing will blend beautifully with the trees and plants, and not scream for attention.
Our bird’s nest swing complies with the playground standard EN1176.
The swing’s play values
Swinging encourages children to come to the playground and allows them to develop their social skills, but a swing ride also strengthens the vestibular sense and motor skills. The child learns to control their arms and legs and their cross-coordination ability. This strengthens the sense of position, which is a sense that is important to keep track of - children’s self-esteem grows when they no longer trip over their own feet, allowing them to shift their attention and focus onto other things.
